You need a Java enabled browser! Most of the photos on this WEB site were taken with a Cannon A95 or KODAK DC260 digital camera.  Photos not taken with a digital camera were obtained from various sources and scanned at 300 DPI using a Plustek UT24 color scanner.  Practically all photos have been edited. and then reduced 20% - 60% and then a compression factor of 20% - 75% is applied for placement on the WEB.  This reduction and compression will reduce the size of 4MB photo to between 50-200KB.  The reduced photo does have some picture quality reduction, but this reduction speeds up the load time to the user over the internet.

Adobe PhotoShop and Paint Shop Pro are two of the software packages used to edit the photos.  For reference purposes the original photos are archived to CD using either a DVD-rewriter.

When you see a photo you want to view, just click on it.  The photo will then open into a big photo on a new page.

For printing, we use the Cannon i960 photo color printer.  It has 1200 dots per inch print quality and produces great photo prints on all types of paper.

More to come....

This photo is Mac, Bev's dog.   The chair and person's leg have been removed along with the item at the bottom right hand corner of the photo.  Don't you agree this makes a better photo of Mac.

Go ahead and click on each of the photos to see the difference.
